Children, scholars and artists have one thing in common: they never stop asking questions. Since 2003, the ZOOM children’s lectures have been getting audiences aged eight and up excited about all kinds of research areas. Renowned scholars talk about topics that are particularly interesting to children. The young audience asks questions, joins in and challenges the lecturers with their interest. The special series of children’s lectures all about love are a collaboration between the Vienna Festival (Wiener Festwochen) | Free Republic of Vienna and ZOOM Children’s Museum that livens up the discourse at the House of the Republic. In addition to the children’s lectures, children and young people are invited to explore and contribute to the festival hub and the Republic of Love from a young person’s perspective.
