Information on ticket price refunds

All tickets already purchased will be cancelled and refunded. We kindly ask for your understanding that all these refunds will take some time and that we are doing our best to process them quickly. Refunds will be processed according to the payment and delivery method you originally opted for:

• Customers who paid for their tickets by credit card over the phone will automatically have their account credited by the same amount
• Customers who paid for their tickets online in our webshop will automatically be refunded the same amount.
  
• Customers who paid for their tickets by bank transfer will receive an email from us. Once you have notified us of your bank details, we will refund the price of your tickets.
• Customers who collected and paid for their tickets in person at the box office will receive an email from us. Once you have notified us of your bank details, we will credit your bank account with the price of your tickets. This applies irrespective of the original payment method (cash, debit card, credit card). In case you do not receive an email, please contact us at kartenbuero@festwochen.at
