Marina Lukashevich

Marina Lukashevich is a composer, sound engineer and musician from Belarus. After her graduation from the State Academy of Music, she worked for the theatre and produced her own performances and concerts. In reaction to the political crisis in Belarus in 2020, she focused on documentary art. After the beginning of the war in Ukraine she left Belarus for Armenia and worked as a sound engineer and composer in theatre and cinema in Yerevan. Since 2023, she lives in Berlin, where she has participated in projects organised by institutions such as Klangzeitort, Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler and Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz Berlin. She сurrently writes music for the Berliner Lautsprecherorchester and collaborates with artists such as Natalia Pschenitschnikova and various vocal and instrumental ensembles.
