A sensational discovery! Mysterious artefacts were found in the attic of the House of the Republic – they indicate that there may have once been a children’s republic. Was there really a time here when society was designed only by children? In these workshops, artists playfully deliberate together with children and young people: what could this republic have looked like? They design maps, newspapers, costumes, radio and video contributions and their own currency. In this way, the workshops explore the possibilities of temporary forms of society organised by children and young people and ask how we might be able to involve young people more in democratic processes in the future.
