From 15 May to 21 June, the Vienna Festival (Wiener Festwochen) | Free Republic of Vienna are celebrating 75 years of hype and high culture. Exceptional artists from all continents are staging more than forty theatre and music productions, installations and community projects throughout Vienna and at the festival hub at the Vienna Badeschiff (bathing ship).
Vienna’s best offer for under-30s is back in 2026: Vermehrt Schönes! tickets powered by Erste Bank. Everyone under thirty can buy reduced price tickets for 15 euro each in the pre-sales.
The discount does not apply to category I for The Best Play Ever – 75 Years Vienna Festival and Dancing Idiots or to category I and II for Parsifal and Бурята | The Tempest. A 30 % discount is available for these categories. For Pentecost Play these tickets will be offered at EUR 40 (limited). Discounted tickets at EUR 10 or 15 and for Chineke! Orchestra at EUR 18 can be purchased at the evening box office (proof of eligibility is necessary), subject to availability.

This year, we are celebrating the grand opening of the Republic of Gods at Heldenplatz and provide food for thought with the Speech to Europe at Judenplatz – as always, admission is free. The House and the Club of the Republic at Badeschiff will be open with countless offers for all age groups throughout the festival. Events take place every Wednesday to Sunday.
