End of the procession at Badeschiff
Throughout human history, processions have shaped our collective life: communities moving along a set path, accompanied by music, song, ritual acts and symbolic objects. The procession joins religious liturgy, military formations and rural tradition. Combining meditation, parade and village fête, this is a collective act in the urban space.
TRANSMYTHIC PROCESSION is a contemporary choreography that structures the route we take together from the Transmedia Art class to the floating House of the Republic every Wednesday. Free performative forms celebrate alternatives of community, power and belonging.
