Biography

Gábor Ladányi is a Hungarian guitarist and composer. He began his musical studies at the age of seven. His unique sound and style are based on jazz, classical, gypsy jazz, balkan and blues, all of which you can hear in his first album Reborn, released in 2022. Since 2018, he is a member of the Roby Lakatos Ensemble. In 2019, he started his own international project by founding the Gábor Ladányi Trio. Gábor Ladány performed as a solist with many orchestras such as the Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra in Istanbul and Ankara, MÁV Symphony Orchestra in Budapest, Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra in Rome or the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra and Thüringen Philharmonic Orchestra in Germany. He performed and recorded with Hadrien Feraud, Jesus Molina, Philip Catherine, Angelo Debarre, Tony Lakatos, Roby Lakatos, Bruno Castelucci, Toine Thys, Eddie Conrad, Ryan Quigley and Michael Blass.
