Ensemble Modern has its own subscription series at Alte Oper Frankfurt and, together with hr-Sinfonieorchester, has been presenting the festival cresc… Biennial for Modern Music Frankfurt Rhine Main since 2011. In 2020, Ensemble Modern celebrated its 40th jubilee and presented Bernhard Gander’s Oozing Earth at Wiener Festwochen reframed.
