Participation is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. In the event of a false declaration of age or unauthorized participation by a minor, sole responsibility lies with the person registering or supervising the minor.

Participation is only open to experienced swimmers who are physically fit and capable of moving safely and independently in flowing open waters.

Persons under the influence of substances (e.g. alcohol, drugs, or medication) that impair their ability to act safely are excluded from participation.

Participants confirm that there are no medical or health-related concerns preventing them from taking part. Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility and risk.

Participation is only permitted after a valid check-in, signing of the conditions of participation, and attendance at the on-site briefing.
