Sakura, Lorenz Ambeek, Xavier Plus and Stefan Gfrerrer – these might sound like a music festival line­up but are in fact the members of Gods Republic, the Vienna Festival band and pop music powerhouse of the Republic of Gods. Bestowed upon us at the grand opening on Helden­platz and blessed with cosmic power, each member of the band curates one Friday night at the Club of the Republic over the course of the festival. Next to their own sets, they present various mu­sicians from the Viennese and the international scene. It’s a kaleido­scope of unforgettable concerts to thrill the Republic.
