Adam Ben Ezra

For the past decade, multi-instrumentalist Adam Ben Ezra has been inspiring many with his flawless musicianship, and his striking talent for songwriting and redefining the sound of the double-bass. From early childhood, Adam has been playing the violin and the guitar. Over the years he has added the piano, clarinet, oud, flute, double-bass and even Beatbox to his repertoire. Drawing inspiration from Bach, Sting, Bobby McFerrin and Chick Corea, Adam made a clear decision to make his compositions current – no matter the tool used. He has added new colours to his palette, incorporating elements of Jazz, Funk, Latin and Mediterranean music into his playing. Jazz FM has defined his appearance as “A dazzling virtuosity and breath-taking athletic performance”.
In 2020 Adam Ben Ezra released his album Hide and Seek. It incorporates jazz, funk, R&B, electronic and Middle Eastern influences, creating something that is essential listening to both casual listeners and hardcore music enthusiasts alike.
