Into the City 

U.S music video director Ryan Junell has culled a fascinating film from 100 slow-motion shorts. Last year, “Slomo” was shown at all international electronic festivals; at its Austrian premiere, “Slomo” will be accompanied live by Robin Rimbaud aka Scanner live. The second part of the evening, too, will be inspired by the theme of absolute slowness. In 1995, the band Low from Minnesota launched the 15-minute soundscape-type song Do You Know How To Waltz?, classed by the British music magazine Wire as one of the 100 most important songs of pop history. Super-slow pop with a max of excitement.
