Written Orders
Ticket orders in writing may be sent as of now via fax (+43-1) 589 22 49,
e-mail kartenbuero(at)festwochen.at, letter or using the order form enclosed with the folder; please address your order to the
Wiener Festwochen office (Lehárgasse 11, 1060 Vienna).
Orders will be ranked according to the date of receipt (date of postmark, fax or e-mail). Orders will be processed starting on 20 January 2010. As soon as your order has been processed, we will notify you in writing within a period of roughly six weeks following receipt of the order.
Ticket orders in writing may be sent until 7 March 2010.
Order placement data
Please communicate your name, postal address, phone number and e-mail address as well as the event(s) for which you want tickets including (a) substitute day(s) plus all price categories you are interested in. You also have to choose between the options of picking up your tickets yourself or having them mailed to you:
Ticket pick-up
The tickets ordered by you may be picked up at the Festival box-office (after due notification) and can be paid for on the spot either in cash or by credit card/ATM card.
Ticket mailing
If you wish, we will mail you your tickets against payment of an additional handling fee of EUR 3,50 in Austria or EUR 5,- for addresses abroad. Please choose between payment by credit card (for which we need the credit card number and expiry date) or by remittance slip.
The tickets will be mailed to you in the course of March/April 2010.
