"Meine Zeit wird nicht kommen"
A tribute to the 150th birthday of Karl Kraus in five lectures

In the Free Republic of Vienna, different artists and intellectuals will stage a serie of lectures like those held by Karl Kraus. On five weekends,  his Theatre of Poetry will be dusted off; lingusitic analysis and text demolition a la Kraus will receive a new interpretation.

With Cornelius Obonya, Florian Scheuba, Petra Slottova, Samouil Stoyanov, Boris Eder, Sir Henry, Clemens J. Setz, Robert Stadlober, Barbara Zeman and Onkel Gusta, Thea Ehre, Nick Romeo Reimann und Olivia Axel Scheucher.

A Play is touring the City

L’ Addition by Tim Etchells is the first of the Volksstück / Pièce Commune series, which the Free Republic of Vienna is producing together with the Festival d’Avignon. These touring plays with no more than two actors and very little technology are staged by a different artist each year and performed in community centres, on football pitches, open-air stages and more. It’s highest quality popular theatre – world theatre for everyone!
